Campbell, Inc. Welcomes New Employees
October 13, 2022, Northwood, Ohio – Campbell Mechanical Services Inc. is excited to welcome four new employees to the Campbell team. Andrew Hoverson is the new Maintenance Sales Representative; Brittany Conner, the new Dispatcher/Audit Specialist; Rylee Kaiser, a Dispatcher for our Findlay and Cleveland areas; and Terry Harris, the Toledo and Ann Arbor Dispatcher.
As a Maintenance Sales Representative, Andrew Hoverson will be working with our customers to ensure their mechanical systems and buildings are operating efficiently. Having previous customer sales service experience, Andrew has a history of building customer relationships and exceeding expectations. He will be working closely with the Campbell technicians and engineers to help customers plan for HVAC maintenance solutions.
Brittany Conner is our new Dispatcher/Audit Specialist. Brittany has customer service experience, working previously at Checker Distributors, Erie Construction, and PNC Bank. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer relationships will serve our company well as she manages customer concerns.
Rylee Kaiser is our Findlay and Cleveland Dispatcher. She will be responsible for intaking and processing customer concerns and assigning tasks to the proper department. Rylee is organized and detailed, and her ability to engage with customers is impressive.
Our new Toledo and Ann Arbor Dispatcher is Terry Harris. He will be responsible for daily transactions to ensure technicians are responding to customer concerns and equipment service requests. He has a commitment to industry standards and best practice.
