Our Customized Professional Maintenance (CPM) program helps you plan for maintenance and keep building operations running efficiently, while realizing annual savings.
The CPM program provides maintenance for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, excluding repair and trouble call labor and component and parts replacement. It may, in special situations, include other non-environmental mechanical equipment.
With the CPM program, the customer assumes all risks for repairs and emergency calls.
