Currently, we are helping many building owners with R-22 phase out.  R-22 phase out began in 2010 and will continue to see rising costs as production stops entirely in 2020.  Our team will evaluate your systems operating condition, life expectancy, efficiency ratings, and replacement strategy to help reduce or eliminate your use of R-22. 

R-22 phase out can also be completed through our Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program. Through PACE, bundled energy services are offered for schools and municipalities. Participants are guaranteed savings if they increase system efficiencies through upgrades or replacements.
