We are hiring now a service and maintenance technician to join our commercial HVAC and professional mechanical services company. This job near you would report to the Ann Arbor, Toledo, and Findlay offices.
We are looking for someone who has a desire to learn, enjoys working with their hands, and appreciates problem-solving.
We will teach you to troubleshoot, repair and maintaining HVAC equipment. We will guide you on effective customer communication and time management.
Some useful skills needed are the following:
- Technical Knowledge – Maintenance Experience in building automation, plumbing and HVAC systems
- Work Load – Capable of a full day of maintenance work
- Troubleshooting – Ability to stick with a problem and solve it
- Customer Relations – Effective communication skills
- Time Management – Understand time constraints on projects and manage toward them
