We are hiring now a Project Sales Associate to join our commercial HVAC and professional mechanical services company. This job near you would work out of our Toledo (Northwood) office.
We are looking for a qualified individual who will collaborate with our sales team to plan and execute project sales that will meet predetermined targets and increase our market share. Your reliable support to the Campbell Mechanical sales team will improve efficiency as sales volume increases.
We are looking for someone who has a two-year degree, or equivalent experience, along with trade certifications and licenses.
Some useful skills include:
- Technical Knowledge – mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of HVAC systems; solid working knowledge in all required software applications, Microsoft products and SalesForce
- Workload – may need to be on their feet for long hours, conducting field surveys of mechanical equipment, utilizing elevated platforms, lifts, and ladders; must possess a valid driver’s license as traveling between client locations is required
- Troubleshooting – will need strong analytical and problem solving abilities as well as the ability to work in a high pressure, deadline driven environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer Relations – superior interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally
- Time Management – exceptional task management and critical thinking skills

Campbell, Inc. is hiring now for a Sales and New Business Development Representative to join our commercial HVAC and professional mechanical services company. This full time job near you would work out of our Ann Arbor, MI office.
We are looking for a qualified individual who desires a rewarding career. The top Service Sales Reps throughout our organization earn a very lucrative income every year once they have mastered the position and maintained the expected number of self-generated appointments per week.
Cold calling experience, both over the phone and in person, is required for this position. This position sells a financial/ROI concept – not a technical solution. The individual must possess a demonstrated record of success in selling services or other intangible offerings.
